Anderson J. Schuyler, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, with Ducky Behavioral Solutions, INC. I have a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, a Master in Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor Degree in Psychology. I have been working in the field of mental and behavioral health for over 15 years. My experience in behavioral science started while working with both children and adults with Autism and other special needs, providing Applied Behavioral Analysis to the individual and support to the families of those individuals. While earning my doctorate, I worked within a community non-profit, providing mental health counseling to individuals of all ages and therapeutic needs. During that time, I also worked alongside the Department of Children and Families, providing family counseling, parenting skills, and reunification services. Over the past year and a half, I provided services in an inpatient unit for the Department of Corrections, providing services to patients who struggled with severe long term mental health issues, including Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD, Autism as well as those with persistent self-harm and suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
